            We haven't had steak in awhile, and being more than halfway through winter deserves a treat. It also deserves a nice pot of Chicken Noodle Soup....

Friday:  Tomato and Red Pepper Soup
Hot and Sweet Salmon
Almond Rice
Sesame Carrots

Saturday:  Spinach en Croute with Tomato Sauce
Filet Mignon with Creamy Brown Sauce
Potatoes Savoyard
Sautéed Sunchokes

Sunday:  Chicken Noodle Soup
Onion Biscuits

Monday:  Pork Chops with Peppers and Olives
Potatoes Savoyard
Broccoli with Garlic Butter

Tuesday:  Chicken Noodle Soup
Garlic Scone

Wednesday:   Ham and Spinach Quiche

Thursday:  Stir-Fried Chicken and Broccoli with Barley
