The weekly menus and recipes are aimed at cooking for two.  Most of my cooking is more 'fluid' than precise so it's easy to increase the recipes for 3 or 4 or to double for more.  If you would like help to do this, please let me know.  I'll be happy to add adjustments to your Weekly Menu Plan.
