Weekly Shopping List

             I didn't realize it until I looked back on the week, but, apparently I was hungry for Italian food; fortunately, not the heavy cheese type... that will be later.  I bought a package of fresh gnocchi, which is too much for us as a side dish, thus 1 first course, 1 side dish.  No leftovers this week, but all pretty easy, quick dinners.
Note:  I buy packaged, sliced Prosciutto (actually, it's Bayonne) that comes in 3.5oz (100gr) packs of 4 thin slices - thus my often using 2 slices for flavoring...  Adjust to suit what you can get.

Saturday:  Sautéed Shrimp with Walnuts and Prosciutto
Veal Marsala
Fried Gnocchi with Garlic and Parmesan

Monday:  Cheesy Beef and Potato Pie (Crustless)

Tuesday:  Italian Pork Chops

Broccoli with Yogurt Mustard

Wednesday:   Stir-Fried Chicken with Peanuts
Basmati Rice

Thursday:   Swedish Meatballs over Pasta
Dilled Carrots
