   The lasagne is for 2 meals, and uses the leftovers from the roasted Cornish Game Hens.  If you don't think you'll have leftovers, get an extra chicken breast.  Add any leftover pimentos / peppers from Friday to the lasagne as well.

Wednesday:  Chicken Breasts / Mushrooms and Chevre
Quinoa with Browned Shallots
Sautéed Shredded Brussels Sprouts

Thursday:  Potato, Ham and Broccoli Gratin
