This week on the Menu we have:

Weekly Shopping List 

        A half cup of Greek yogurt is used on Wednesday.  If you need to buy a larger container, use the rest in place of, or in combination with, the bits of milk in any of the recipes earlier in the week. This uses leftovers often, the Osso Bucco sauce, Lasagne, Lentils....

Cauliflower with Butter and Herb

Day 2: Osso Bucco
Mashed Cauliflower Potato Medley

Day 3: Tuna and Chevre Lasagne
Baked Apples

Day 4: Meatballs with Osso Bucco  Sauce
Brown Rice
Lentils with Tomatoes

Day 5: Pork Chops with Ginger Caper Sauce
Hashbrown Potatoes
Lentils, leftover

Day 6: Chicken Breasts with Tarragon Mustard Sauce
Sweet Potato Fries
Cauliflower Dijon
