Weekly Shopping List

             We're being colorful this week.  Both the risotto on Sunday and the Pasta on Tuesday have lots of colorful vegetables; not only pretty, but a range of colors is healthy. We also have a few longer cooking mid-week meals.... a few breaks while stuff cooks.
Remember that Greek or plain yogurt will keep a week or two in the fridge, covered of course.

Wednesday:  Stir-Fried Beef and Broccoli
Basmati Rice

Thursday:  Chicken Stew with Sherry
