Marinated Salmon with Brown Sugar Yogurt Sauce
We're using a bit of ham in this week's menu. Buy one large slice at the deli counter and slice off the bits you need on Friday, using the rest on Sunday. We'll be using celery throughout the week and a bit more next week. Every meal but Sunday uses the barbecue; instructions for indoor cooking are given. If you are using charcoal, you have to light the grill a bit sooner...
