Pork Chops Diablo, Grilled
Grilled Pepper Pasta Salad

Cooking time:  30 minutes for menu           Cooking schedule: see below for instructions

The chops I get are thin, around 1/4 inch (.6cm). I usually do 3. Try not to overcook pork as it tends to make it dry and tough, slightly pink in the center is perfect.

Pork Chops Diablo, Grilled, summer version

Total time: 30 minutes
Pork chops with a kick, marinated and cooked on the barbecue grill.  If you want them hotter, more 'devilish' you could add a drop or 2 of Tabasco or other hot sauce.

Grilled Pepper Pasta Salad

Total time: 25 minutes

Grilling peppers and onions adds a layer of sweetness not found with simple frying.  If you don't do them on the grill, roast them on a baking sheet in a 400F (200C) oven for 30 minutes, stirring once.  They should be just slightly crispy around the edges in spots when done.
