       We love potato chips, crisps and fries.... We just don't love deep-frying.  Simple and easy.

Total time: 25 minutes
  Turkey Cutlets with whole grain mustard and onions - simple, but full of flavor.

Parmesan Potato Crisps

Total time: 45 minutes
   These get quite brown and crispy.  If you prefer them more like potatoes (and less like chips) cut them a bit thicker and only bake for 30 minutes.  You can turn them or not.

Broccoli with Bacon and Mustard

Total time: 25 minutes
    This could be called 'German-Style' with the hot mustard, bacon and vinegar... We just called it delicious!

Broccoli with Bacon and Mustard Ingredients:

 Instructions:

Cooking schedule: 45 minutes
Assemble all ingredients and utensils
Utensils: measuring cups, spoons, knives,
large skillet, baking sheet, medium bowl, medium
skillet with lid

Turn oven on, 400F (200C)
Slice potatoes
Mix oil, herbs, Parmesan
Add potatoes, stir to coat
Lay on baking sheet, bake
Slice onions, sauté
Mince garlic
Cut turkey if needed

Move onions to side, brown turkey
Trim, cut broccoli
Cut bacon
Turn turkey, add garlic, sauté
Put broccoli in skillet, add water, simmer
Add mustard, stock, wine to turkey, cover, simmer
     
Pause while it all cooks
Remove broccoli, sauté bacon
Turn potatoes
Uncover turkey, add vinegar, let cook to reduce sauce
Add water, vinegar, mustard to bacon, reduce
Add broccoli, heat through
Remove potatoes, serve
