Tuna Tetrazzini
Braised Savoy Cabbage with Prosciutto

Cooking time:  40 minutes for menu      Cooking schedule: see below for instructions

      This really only needs to bake long enough to melt the cheese and brown it slightly - you could just run it under the broiler for a minute or two.

Tuna Tetrazzini

Total time: 40 minutes  
    An easy variation on the traditional, made with turkey, this has a shorter baking time and less fussy 'assembly'.

Braised Savoy Cabbage with Prosciutto

Total time: 15 minutes
    This is an Italian-influenced dish - both the 'green' cabbage and Prosciutto (for flavor), being common.

Braised Savoy Cabbage with Prosciutto Ingredients:

 Instructions:

Cooking schedule: 40 minutes
Assemble all food, utensils and serving dishes
Utensils: measuring cups, spoons, knives,
small saucepan, whisk, 2 large skillets, 1 lid, baking
dish, pot and colander for pasta

Turn oven on 400F (200C) 
Put water on high heat for pasta
Chop onion, mince garlic
Trim mushrooms, slice
Sauté onion
Open, drain tuna, break apart
Add mushrooms, garlic, to onion, sauté
Shred cheese
Chop olives
Cook pasta
Add tuna, olives to skillet, set aside

Melt butter in saucepan
Add flour, stir
Add milk, stir
Add stock, sherry to milk, heat
Stir in yogurt, set aside
Chop Prosciutto, sauté
Slice cabbage, add to skillet, sauté
Add wine to cabbage, cover, reduce heat, cook
Drain pasta
Add 1/2 sauce to pasta, arrange in dish
Add 1/2 sauce to tuna / mushroom, arrange on pasta
Sprinkle with cheese, bake
     15 minute break
Remove Tetrazzini
Stir cabbage
Serve
