6 Day Menu Plan: Week 2  Fall II

This week on the Menu we have:

Weekly Shopping List 

        The Zucchini Tomato Gratin is for 2 meals and the Cabbage Salad for 2 or 3... or until finished.  This about wraps up summer cooking / grilling season.
With both a quiche and Egg Fu Yung we're a bit heavy on the eggs this week, but, we do it rarely. And we're starting to use more celery - some this week, some next.

Courgette (Zucchini) and Tomato Gratin

Day 5:  Stuffed Bell Peppers, Americas Style

Day 6:  Egg Fu Yung
Sesame Chicken
