6 Day Menu Plan: Week 5  Winter II

This week on the Menu we have:

       We haven't seen sunchokes for awhile ... Can asparagus be far behind?  Unfortunately yes, but spring fever is hitting early this year. 
The Provençal Beef on Saturday would be another good candidate for a slow-cooker; it could easily cook all day. We're cleaning up the leftover feta in the fridge... And life gets back to normal.

Sunchoke Chips

Day 2:  Braised Beef Provençal
Creamy Polenta

Day 3:  Potato, Ham and Broccoli Gratin

Day 4: Provençal Beef and Mushroom Pasta

Day 5:  Sautéed Chicken with Red Eye Gravy
Roasted Potatoes
Crisp Sautéed Sunchokes

Day 6:  Turkey Cutlets with Horseradish Sauce
Quinoa with Fried Onions
Broccoli with Butter and Herbs
