Weekly Shopping List

             When using whole, canned tomatoes, which I do in winter, sometimes the recipe needs the sauce that comes with them, sometimes not.  Sometimes they come packed in juice, sometimes sauce. 
If the recipe says to 'discard sauce', you can save it, if you like, in freezer bags, to use in other recipes or to add to soups, stews, etc., especially if it's a thick sauce.

Saturday:  Tomato Flan with Couscous Salad
Pork and Celeriac Stew

Monday:  Pork Stew, leftover
Mashed Potato Patties

Tuesday:  Pasta Puttanesca with Tuna
Brussels Sprouts with Mustard Sauce

Wednesday:   Creamy Chicken and Carrots
Basmati Rice

Thursday:   Farmhouse Pasta
