Still lots of zucchini (courgette) in the garden, but the season is coming to a close soon, I promise. That is the problem with gardens: one has to eat the harvest. The winter squashes are starting now, so we'll have something new for the menu. With the cooler weather more cooking is moving indoors.
And these will be the last of the summer salads.....
