6 Day Menu Plan: Week 7  Fall I

This week on the Menu we have:

Weekly Shopping List 

         We're well into winter cooking now, and with the economy as it is, I'm trying to make the weekly budget stretch a bit further while still eating well.  It's always less expensive to have a nice meal at home than out... Just light the candles, pour the wine and enjoy.  If I'm stretching the meat too far, feel free to add a few ounces to the recipes.  Both the Beef and the chowder make enough for 2 meals - one to eat and one for the freezer.

Day 6:  Chicken Paprikas over Pasta
