6 Day Menu Plan: Week 6  Fall I

This week on the Menu we have:

Weekly Shopping List 

         Figs are everywhere here right now.  If you can get them try a few for dessert after the pizza on Sunday.  If not, have some sliced apples with cinnamon, sugar and a bit of yogurt or ricotta.  We're still finding lots of locally picked wild mushrooms.  If you have access to a farmer's market the squashes should be plentiful and cheap.  Enjoy the autumn bounty!

Cannellini with Tomatoes and Sage

Day 5:  Spaghetti Timbale with Tuna
Cannellini with Tomatoes and Sage

Day 6:  Pork Chops with Lemon Soy Glaze
Sesame Basmati Rice
Sautéed Butternut Squash, Oriental
