Tuna and Goat Cheese Lasagne
Apple Crisp

Cooking time:  50 minutes for menu       Cooking schedule: see below for instructions

Lasagne and Apple Crisp: perfect for a crisp, late full Sunday dinner.  There should be enough lasagne left for another dinner this week - with the leftover lentils.

Tuna and Goat Cheese Lasagne

Total time: 50 minutes
This is a simple lasagne, using no cooked ingredients.  Because there is no hot sauce to start, I increased the baking time by 10 minutes.  I puréed whole tomatoes rather than using prepared sauce.... It has a fresher taste.

Individual Apple Crisps

Total time: 45 minutes
apples    These little Crisps are quick to go together and bake in just 30 minutes. Perfect to have in the oven while you eat a leisurely dinner.  Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or yogurt if you like.  I use small baking dishes that are about 4" (10cm) in diameter. Granny Smith, Golden Delicious, Pink Lady are all good apple choices.
