This week on the Menu Plan:
We're well into winter cooking now, and with the economy as it is, I'm trying to make the weekly budget stretch a bit further while still eating well. It's always less expensive to have a nice meal at home than out... Just light the candles, pour the wine and enjoy.
Saturday's Beef will be for 2 meals as will Sunday's soup. If I'm stretching the meat too far, feel free to add a few ounces to the recipes.
