     For cooking vegetables and potatoes on the barbecue grill, you can use proper grill pans and baskets, or buy cheap, metal pie / tart tins, use them for a season and replace them next year if needed.

Saturday:  Cherry Tomato Pastries

Sunday:  Warm Pasta with Baked Goat Cheese
Fresh Fruit

Monday: Chicken Breast with Lemon and Honey
Grilled Potatoes, Peppers, and Onions
Southwestern Lentils, leftover

Tuesday:  Grilled Pork Chops with Sweet Mustard
Basmati Rice Red Pepper Pilaf
Green Beans with Garlic and Rosemary

Wednesday:  Chicken, Asparagus and Avocado Salad

Thursday:  Warm Pasta Salad with Peppers and Sausage
