          Another slow-cooked dinner on Saturday - but don't worry, we won't be doing this every week. And something that can spend the afternoon cooking, unattended, can be great this time of year. The Enchiladas give us one of our rare forays into prepared foods....

Day 4:  Chicken Enchiladas with Avocado

Day 5:  Pork Chops with Maple Syrup
Pasta with Browned Butter and Pepper
Broccoli with Yogurt Mustard

Day 6:   Turkey Cutlets with Creamy Mushroom Sauce
Simple Barley
Roasted Butternut Squash
