      I mentioned earlier that we would be trying for more fresh fruit in our diet this winter.... We don't often have dessert, but a bit of fruit after dinner is perfect. Sometimes, it just takes planning.
This week we use leftovers twice: From Saturday's pork to make Monday's pasta; and the soup for 2 nights.
