Tuna and Goat Cheese Lasagne
Baked Apples

Cooking time: 50 minutes for menu          Cooking schedule: see below for instructions

This is an easy lasagne with no pre-cooking needed:  no Béchamel, no cooked sauce or filling....  Just assemble and bake. So you might as well have dessert...  If you have leftover sauce from the Timbales, add it to this.

Tuna and Goat Cheese Lasagne

Total time: 50 minutes
This is a simple lasagne, using no cooked ingredients.  Because there is no hot sauce to start, I increased the baking time by 10 minutes.  I puréed whole tomatoes rather than using prepared sauce.... It has a fresher taste.

Baked Apples

Total time: 30 minutes
They perfume the house while they bake, with that wonderful 'Apple Pie' smell.  They're great as is or even better with a spoonful of vanilla yogurt or, heaven forbid, vanilla ice cream.
