This week, two of the recipes call for green onions, but you don't see them in the photos. I would use them if I could, but I can't find them here this time of year so I use 2 shallots or a regular onion. I have a bag of plain frozen peas (next to the bag of spinach balls) in my freezer. I use both throughout the year... Pantry staples for the freezer.
