Weekly Shopping List

       I think the lamb will be the last of the braised dishes for the season.  As the weather starts to warm we are looking to more spring-like dishes.... Maybe another roast or two, but it's almost time for the barbecue grill to come out of hiding.
Note: Both plain and and Greek yogurt will keep a week or more in a covered container in the refrigerator.  We use it regularly....

Barley with Savoy Cabbage

Day 2: Tagine of Lamb, Chickpeas and Potatoes

Day 3:  Corned Beef and Cabbage

Day 4:  Corned Beef Hash with Poached Egg

Day 5:  Pork Chops with Yogurt Mustard Pan Sauce
Quinoa with Herbs
Broccoli Gratin

Day 6:  Chicken Breasts with Sherried Mushrooms
Brown Rice with Onions
Broccoli with Garlic Butter
