This week on the Menu
I think the lamb will be the last of the braised dishes for the season. As the weather starts to warm we are looking to more spring-like dishes.... Maybe another roast or two, but it's almost time for the barbecue grill to come out of hiding.
Note: Both plain and and Greek yogurt will keep a week or more in a covered container in the refrigerator. We use it regularly....
