We're using 4 tortillas this week: freeze the extras (unless you can buy 4, mine come in packs of 8) for later in the winter.

Day 2: Braised Pork with Leek Sauce
Alsatian Potatoes
Creamed Savoy Cabbage

Day 3: Turkey with Horseradish Sauce
Sautéed Paprika Potato Rounds
Glazed Tarragon Carrots

Day 4:  Tuna and White Bean Enchiladas

Day 5:  Chicken with Whole Grain Mustard Sauce
Savoy Cabbage and Rice

Day 6: Ground Beef and Savoy Cabbage Lo Mein
