Weekly Shopping List 

       We're going Chinese this week with some very quick stir-fries. With a bit of prep work they're very simple. And this will be the last butternut squash of the season. 
The White Chili makes enough for lunch or the freezer.  We're very light on the dairy this week - indulge in some holiday chocolate!

Stir-Fried Broccoli

Day 2: Braised Lamb with Red Peppers
Roasted Potatoes 

Day 3: White Chili
Oatmeal Drop Biscuits

Day 4:  White Chili
Oatmeal Drop Biscuits

Day 5:  Meatballs in Red Wine Sauce over Pasta
Roasted Butternut Squash Slices

Day 6:   Chicken with Onions, Bay and Thyme
Quinoa with Fried Onions
Butternut Squash with Browned Butter
