        Sometimes, we should just play with our food.  I've been wanting to do a 'Retro' dinner for awhile.... Back to my childhood, but updated just a bit.  Friday, at the start of the busy holiday season seemed a good night for it.
   Whether or not you have a leftover turkey carcass, the Wild Rice soup is easy and delicious.  I used a turkey leg and thigh.

Day 1: Salmon Patties with Tarragon Caper Tarter Sauce
Macaroni and Cheese
Alubias con Tocino (Beans with Bacon)

Day 2: Pizza Steaks
Polenta with Cheese and Herbs
Roasted Cauliflower

Day 3: Turkey Wild Rice Soup
Apple Tart

Day 4: Honey Mustard Pork Chops
Fried Smashed Potatoes
Braised Cauliflower with Bacon

Day 5: Spaghetti Pie

Day 6: Chicken with Whole Grain Mustard Sauce
Hot Cauliflower and Potato Salad
