6 Day Menu Plan: Week 9  Spring II

This week on the Menu we have:

        We have an unplanned Asian theme this week. It just seemed to work well with the cabbage. The middle of spring is kind of short on vegetables... And we needed something other than asparagus and snow peas.

Day 1:  Grilled Salmon with Tarragon Mayonnaise
Couscous Salad
Roasted Asparagus

Day 2:  Glazed Lamb Chops
Braised New Potato with Rosemary and Olives
Simple Fresh Spinach Gratin

Day 3:  Spring Greens Salad with Ham and Asparagus
Fresh Strawberries with Yogurt and Mint

Day 4:  Spicy Teriyaki Chicken Breasts
Baked Teriyaki Potato Chips
Sautéed Cabbage

Day 5:  Stir-Fried Pork and Snow Peas (Mangetout)
Basmati Rice

Day 6:  Asian Chicken and Cabbage Salad
