6 Day Menu Plan: Week 9  Winter II

This week on the Menu we have:

        When using whole, canned tomatoes, which I do in winter, sometimes the recipe needs the sauce that comes with them, sometimes not.  Sometimes they come packed in juice, sometimes sauce. 
If the recipe says to 'discard sauce', you can save it, if you like, in freezer bags, to use in other recipes or to add to soups, stews, etc., especially if it's a thick sauce.

Day 2:  Pork and Celeriac Stew
Mashed Potatoes with Leeks

Day 3:  Chicken Tarragon Risotto
Fresh Fruit

Day 4:  Pasta Puttanesca with Tuna
Brussels Sprouts with Mustard Sauce

Day 5:  Creamy Chicken and Carrots
Basmati Rice

Day 6:  Farmhouse Pasta
