6 Day Menu Plan: Week 10  Summer II

This week on the Menu we have:

Weekly Shopping List 

       We use a bit of pesto this week - an entire batch if you make it from scratch.  The recipe is on Saturday and I have made a note on the Shopping List.  But use a good commercial brand if you don't have access to lots of fresh basil.

Day 1:  Grilled Glazed Salmon
Quinoa Pilaf
Baked Zucchini (Courgette) Rounds

Day 2:  Grilled Hens with Molasses Glaze
Pesto Potato Salad
Green Beans with Butter and Pine Nuts

Day 3:  Pork Tenderloin with Ginger Barbecue Sauce
Quinoa and Lentil Pilaf Salad

Day 4:  Tuna Salad with Creamy Yogurt Dressing
Green Beans with Pesto

Day 5:  Teriyaki Burgers / Ginger Barbecue Sauce
Grilled Potatoes with White Balsamic Glaze
Sautéed Zucchini (Courgette) with Tomatoes and Onion

Day 6:  Pesto Pasta Salad with Grilled Chicken
Leftover Zucchini (Courgette) with Tomatoes and Onion
