6 Day Menu Plan: Week 13  Summer II

This week on the Menu we have:

salmon Grilled Salmon with Tomato Tarragon Sauce

steaks Not-Quite-Naked Steaks

ham bean Ham, Green Bean and Cherry Tomato Salad

Weekly Shopping List 

        Still lots of zucchini (courgette) in the garden, but the season is coming to a close soon, I promise.  That is the problem with gardens: one has to eat the harvest.  The winter squashes are starting now, so we'll have something new for the menu.
With the cooler weather more cooking is moving indoors.  
And these will be the last of the summer salads....

Day 1:  Grilled Salmon with Tomato/Tarragon Sauce
Zucchini (Courgette) and Brown Rice Gratin

Day 2:  Not-Quite-Naked Steaks
Roasted Potatoes with Basil Butter
Green Beans with Almonds

Day 3:  Ratatouille Quiche

Day 4:  Pasta / Tuna, Cannellini, Fresh Tomato Sauce

Day 5:  Hot and Sweet Glazed Pork Chops
Grilled Potatoes and Onions
Cheesy Zucchini (Courgette)

Day 6:  Ham, Green Bean, Cherry Tomato Pasta Salad
