Pasta with Sausage, Avocado and Sage

Cooking time:  25 minutes for menu      Cooking schedule: see below for instructions

       If you haven't put the barbecue away yet, you can grill the sausages.  If the avocado is ripe earlier in the week, refrigerate it.

Pasta with Sausage, Avocado and Sage  

Total time: 25 minutes
    Not quite a pasta salad; not quite a hot main course.  The fresh tomato 'sauce' is not cooked, nor is the celery, and the beans are at room temperature.  If you can't get fresh sage use another fresh herb.  Dried won't work in this dish.

Pasta with Sausage, Avocado and Sage Ingredients:

 Instructions:

Cooking Schedule: 25 minutes
Assemble all ingredients and utensils
Utensils: measuring cups, spoons, knives,
scissors, pot for pasta, colander, box grater and
plate, large skillet, large bowl

Put pasta water on high heat
Start to cook pasta
Grate tomatoes
Sauté  / grill sausages

Open, drain, rinse beans
Chop celery
Mind the sausages
Cut avocado
Cut olives
Snip sage
Drain pasta
Slice sausages
Assemble pasta dish, Serve
