6 Day Menu Plan: Week 2  Summer I

This week on the Menu we have:

        We'll use more yogurt next week... It keeps.  We are doing a bit of cooking ahead this week - the quinoa, ginger barbecue sauce and the potato salad will be for two meals.

Grilled Dijon Potatoes
Simple Fresh Spinach Gratin

Day 2:  Grilled Pork Tenderloin / Ginger Barbecue Sauce
Quinoa Pilaf 
Sautéed Courgette (Zucchini) / Lemon Thyme & Walnuts

Day 3:  Grilled Chicken Thighs
Warm Potato Salad with Green Beans

Day 4:  Giant Stuffed Burger
Quinoa and Lentil Salad

Day 5:  Chicken Breasts with Ginger Barbecue Sauce
Warm Potato Salad with Green Beans

Day 6:  Pasta Salad with Ham, Peas and Celery
