6 Day Menu Plan: Week 8  Summer I

This week on the Menu we have:

stuffed pork Smoked, Stuffed Pork Tenderloin

pesto potato salad  Pesto Potato Salad

sausage avocado pasta Lentil and Sausage Pasta with Avocado Sauce

Weekly Shopping List 

           In the full heat of summer we try to make good use of our kitchen time, like cooking enough lentils for 2 meals; and planning for some leftovers.

Day 1:  Grilled Scallops on Avocado Sauce
Barley with Chives
Lentils Provençal

Day 2:  Smoked, Stuffed Pork Tenderloin
Pesto Potato Salad
Green Bean with Bacon and Shallots

Day 3: Simple Grilled Burgers
Pesto Potato Salad, leftover
Corn on the Cob

Day 4:  Lentil and Sausage Pasta with Avocado Sauce, garnished with Courgette

Day 5:  Chicken with Spicy Teriyaki Marinade
Basmati Pilaf Oriental
Sautéed Teriyaki Courgette (Zucchini)

Day 6:  Barbecued Turkey Cutlets
Pasta with Creamy Goat Cheese
Fried Green Beans
