    Summer has arrived - lots of green beans, tomatoes and zucchini (courgette). We're smoking the salmon on the barbecue grill - and making enough for the salad on Saturday.  The Dressing for the Salmon Salad will be finished with the salad on Tuesday.      Bon Appétit!
