This week on the Menu we have:
I mentioned earlier that we would be trying for more fresh fruit in our diet this winter.... We don't often have dessert, but a bit of fruit after dinner is perfect. Sometimes, it just takes planning.
This week we use the leftover pork from Day 2 for pasta on Day 4. The soup makes enough for the freezer.
