7 Day Menu Plan: Week 1  Summer II

This week on the Menu Plan:

ham frittata  Ham and Chive Mini Frittata

brined turkey Grilled, Brined Turkey Breast with Allioli

potatoes aioli Grilled Potatoes with Allioli

Weekly Shopping List 

     We're making Allioli or Aioli this week, (the Spanish version, without egg).  It's easiest with a mortar and pestle but alternatives are given.  It's not at all difficult to make, but it does require patience.  And once done, it's sure to impress! Saturday's turkey is for 2 nights.
Trim a bit off Thursday's ham for the frittatas, then freeze the rest until Thursday.

Monday:  Sweet and Sour Salad / Turkey and Mushrooms

Tuesday:  Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Mustard Seeds
Spanish Rice
Three Bean Salad

Wednesday:   Grilled Chicken and Peppers Pasta Salad

Thursday:   Grilled Ham with Red-Eye Glaze
Barley Pilaf
Grilled Zucchini (Courgette)
