6 Day Menu Plan: Week 2  Winter II

This week on the Menu we have:

salmon dijon  Baked Salmon Dijon

polenta cakes Polenta Timbales

ham feta risotto Risotto with Feta, Ham, Peas and Carrots

Weekly Shopping List

         It's an easy week... Not too heavy and lots of one dish dinners. 
The red cabbage will be for 2 meals - and it freezes well if there's still some left.
For the apple juice: I use small amounts during the winter, so I buy little 'juice boxes' and freeze or drink what I don't use immediately.

Day 1:  Baked Salmon Dijon
Polenta Timbales
Broccoli with Cheese Sauce

Day 2:  Peppered Pork Tenderloin, Red Wine Reduction
Potato Feta Cakes
Braised Red Cabbage

Day 3:  Risotto with Feta, Ham, Peas and Carrots
Fresh Fruit

Day 4: Cashew Chicken and Vegetables
Brown Rice

Day 5:  Pork Chops with Red Cabbage
Fried Potatoes

Day 6:  Orzo Pizza
