Weekly Shopping List 

        We're starting to use fresh herbs.  If you have an herb garden, the chives, garlic chives, and marjoram / oregano are usually the first up.  Sadly, basil needs more warmth before it can be planted....  Substitute dried.

Asparagus with Lemon Parsley Vinaigrette

Day 2: Chicken with Mascarpone and Shallots
Roasted New Potatoes with Chives
Sunchoke Gratin

Day 3:  Puff Pastry Pizza with Green Garlic, Olives
Rhubarb Yogurt Parfait

Day 4:  Chicken With Spinach, Red Pepper Salad
Parmesan Fries (Chips)

Day 5:  Spicy Turkey with Peas and Peppers
Almond Rice

Day 6:  Spanish Pork with Peppers and Olives
Spaghetti with Garlic, Herbs and Parmesan
