7 Day Menu Plan: Week 2  Winter II

This week on the Menu Plan:

Weekly Shopping List 

            It's an easy week... Not too heavy and lots of one dish dinners. 
The red cabbage will last for 3 meals throughout the week - and it freezes well if there's still some left.
For the apple juice: I use small amounts during the winter, so I buy little 'juice boxes' and freeze or drink what I don't use immediately.

Wednesday:   Pork Chops with Red Cabbage
Fried Potatoes

Thursday:   Orzo Pizza
