I love the Shrimp with Avocado so much I modified it for a first course - this being prime avocado season. We're still getting lots of tomatoes, zucchini and beans, but the weather is getting cooler and we're starting to think about fall cooking: pizzas, stuffed vegetables... Not yet, but soon.
