It is getting close to the end of summer and I have so many salads and summer foods that I didn't get to... Time flies. This week I am doing my summer / hot weather favorites: our last lettuce salad on Friday; a cold, do-ahead dinner for Saturday and lots of tomatoes and summer vegetables. And, yes, we've already had the melon and ham... But melon season is so short, we need to take advantage!
