Weekly Menu Planner: Oct. 25, 2013

       We use phyllo again on Friday (Most phyllo packages have about 50 sheets in them and we never manage to use it all - so you can either refreeze, find another use or discard).  The feta will be finished on Monday.  The soup is for 2 meals - and maybe even a lunch....

Monday:  Chicken with Savoy Cabbage and Feta

Tuesday:   Bean and Barley Soup
Garlic Scone

Wednesday:  Baked Sesame Chicken Strips
Pasta with Mushroom Sauce
Sautéed Savoy Cabbage

Thursday: Beef Patties with Mushroom Sauce
Roasted Potatoes and Butternut Squash
