Weekly Menu Planner: April 26, 2013

          This may be the last week for Green Garlic.  I got a lot of it but it's starting to get rather big.  I bought 1 package of Mozzarella Balls and used half in each of 2 salads.  The package was net weight of 5oz, or 20 balls. We're well into spring foods but haven't totally converted to the barbecue grill yet.... It's coming; as is Salad season...
