6 Day Menu Plan: Week 8  Summer II

This week on the Menu we have:

Weekly Shopping List 

        This is the end of salad season.  It's always sad to see the lettuce come to an end....  There are so many salads we didn't get to this summer.....
Next month we'll start, slowly, getting into late summer and autumn cooking. In the meantime, a few more summer classics.

Day 1:  Warm Salmon Salad with Spanish Rice

Day 2:  Pork Loin, Brined and Grilled
Pasta with Fresh Tomato and Green Olive Sauce
Fried Green Beans

Day 3:  Grilled Flank Steak
Potato Salad with Pimiento Dressing
Cucumber Salad

Day 4:  Salad with Mozzarella, Tomatoes, Brined Pork
Cucumber Salad, leftover

Day 5:  Grilled Chicken Breasts / Honey Mustard Glaze
Sautéed Zucchini (Courgette) with Red Pepper

Day 6:  Teriyaki Chicken and Barley Salad
