        This will be the last risotto of the season... I saw the fava (broad) beans at the market and couldn't resist.  They are even more fleeting than the green garlic.

Carrots with Butter and Chives

Day 2:  Prosciutto Wrapped Chicken on Pimiento Sauce
Risotto with Fava Beans

Day 3:  Pasta with Ham and Asparagus

Day 4:  Rosemary Pork Chops
Spicy Potatoes and Carrots

Day 5:  Chicken, Asparagus and Avocado Salad

Day 6:  Ham and Red Pepper Quiche
