7 Day Menu Plan: Week 11  Spring II

This week on the Menu Plan:

fritatas  Greek Olive and Feta Mini Frittatas

tuna grilled Grilled Tuna with Lemon

hens honey glazed Grilled Cornish Hens with Lemon Honey Glaze

Weekly Shopping List 

             This will be the last of the new potatoes, and the asparagus is starting to go back up in price so that will soon be done, as well.  We did two hens on Saturday, with the intent of having enough left for the salad on Monday.  If yours are smaller, use chicken breasts for the salad.  
Note:  I added cider vinegar to the pantry for summer - we use it in potato and cucumber salads.

Saturday:  Asparagus, Avocado and Cherry Tomato Salad

Green Beans with Butter and Herbs

Sunday:  Giant Stuffed Burgers
Hot German Potato Salad

Monday:  Chicken, Spinach and Asparagus Salad

Tuesday:  Grilled Chili Chops
German Potato Salad, leftover
White Balsamic Glazed Carrots

Wednesday:   Caprese Pasta Salad with Salami
Fresh Fruit

Thursday:   Golden Chicken Breasts
Brown Rice and Beans, Oriental Style
