6 Day Menu Plan: Week 2  Fall I

This week on the Menu we have:

Weekly Shopping List 

            We'll be putting the barbecue grill away after this week, so this is the final salute to summer.  We're into winter cooking now, which will include some soups, stews and other dishes that will make more than one meal. We'll be using more yogurt and more feta next week.

Day 1:  Sautéed Sole with Lemon Butter
Carrot and Basmati Rice Gratin

Day 2:  Grilled Lamb Chops with Rosemary Butter
Grilled Potato and Onion Salad

Day 3: Mini Meat Loaves
Baked Sweet Potatoes
Baked Tomatoes

Day 4:  Grilled Chicken Breasts / Sage, Lemon, Rosemary
Tomato Scented Basmati Rice with Zucchini (Courgette)

Day 5:  Turkey Aioli
Baked Teriyaki Potato Chips
Braised Carrots and Onion

Day 6:  Zucchini (Courgette) Stuffed with Orzo, Feta
