6 Day Menu Plan: Week 8  Fall I

This week on the Menu we have:

Weekly Shopping List 

         We'll be eating peas throughout the winter, so, as with the spinach, you can get a large bag of plain, frozen peas.  We'll finish the cauliflower next Friday.

Day 3:  Tuna and Chevre Lasagne

Day 4:  Sherried Chicken with Mushrooms
Wild Rice
Cauliflower with Browned Butter

Day 5:  Turkey Cutlets Piccata
Alsatian Potatoes
Cauliflower with Parmesan Sauce

Day 6:  Oriental Beef on Brown Rice
