This is sort of a strange week. We have both Valentine's Day and Chinese New Year (Year of the Snake starts on Sunday, the 10th). Not knowing when / what people like to celebrate I have a 'mix and match' menu. Do it as is; rearrange as desired.
If you have mascarpone left, save it and use it in place of Greek yogurt next week... Or have it on toast ;-))
